Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
There are travel fees depending on location of the shoot or event.
Do you travel for photoshoots outside of Florida?
I do travel outside of Florida and even West Palm Beach, FL. However traveling fees are not included in the package and are an additional cost.
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
I understand that life can be unpredictable! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible. Cancellations made within [3] days of the scheduled date, while rescheduling is subject to availability. Please refer to your contract for specific terms.
How long does it take to receive the final photos?
Typically, you will receive your edited images within 7 days for moment and memories sessions and up to 2 weeks for events. I strive to deliver high-quality, professionally edited images that showcase your moments perfectly.
